“ We love to produce traditional dishes in the traditional manner. Kurdish & Persian food differs slightly from the typical North African style of Middle Eastern Cookery. The spices and seasonings we use are generally more subtle, so that the full natural flavour of the ingredients come through in the cooking processes. At Hanam’s we use only the freshest and most authentic ingredients in our dishes. I hand pick all our ingredients, and personally approve all our suppliers. Nothing is frozen, pre-prepared or preserved, and the only things we add to our dishes are authentic and delicious seasonings, herbs & spices – just as Kurds have done for hundreds of years.” – Jamal, Owner
